Information you provide
Family Planning First collects your name, mobile phone number, email address, state, homeownership answer, estimated mortgage amount, coverage protection answer, and age range when you submit a mortgage protection request.
Request and consent records
We store your request securely with its submission time, lead source, campaign information, browser information, and an auditable record of the consent wording, version, checkbox status, time, and any disclosed and authorized agencies.
Sharing with agencies
Your request is currently held for manual review and is not distributed. Before future sharing, up to five eligible independent insurance agencies must be identified to you by their approved business names. Sharing requires your affirmative permission and is limited to those disclosed recipients. Consent is not required to purchase insurance.
Advertising measurement
Campaign codes may be recorded with your request. Meta measurement is not activated until configured and approved. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and questionnaire responses are not sent as ordinary analytics event parameters.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a request. Future contact arrangements must support withdrawal of permission and do-not-contact instructions. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from a participating agency when texting is enabled.
Before launch
The owner must provide an approved privacy contact, retention policy, applicable privacy-rights process, and participating agency disclosures. Legal review must confirm this policy before the site accepts live inquiries.
